Ding Junhui has beaten Judd Trump to reach the final of the International Championship in China.
China’s Ding raced into a 6-0 lead against Trump, before the Englishman kept his hopes alive with the final two frames of the afternoon session.
Trump closed the gap to 7-4, but the world number six made a clearance of 134 as he went on to win 9-4.
Ding, the 2013 champion, will play the winner of today’s second semi-final between Mark Selby and Stuart Bingham.
