Sources: Cavs' Hill (shoulder) out two weeks

After losing 10 of 11 games to start the season, the Cleveland Cavaliers will be without starting point guard George Hill for two weeks because of a sprained right shoulder, league sources told ESPN.

The Cavaliers, who have the league’s worst record at 1-10, were already playing without All-Star forward Kevin Love (toe surgery).

Cleveland’s first-round pick, point guard Collin Sexton, will continue in the Cavaliers’ starting lineup. He scored a team-high 15 points in a career-high 42 minutes in the loss to the Thunder.

Hill, 32, had his best game of the season in the loss to Orlando on Monday, scoring 22 points. He was a late scratch from Wednesday’s loss to Oklahoma City with the shoulder injury.

Hill is averaging 12.6 points, 3.0 assists and 1.9 rebounds.
